Like this small Siberian Ruby Throat . This bird travels all the way from Siberia to Bharatpur
every year for wintering. Its mission is to reach Bharatpur 1000’s of kilometers away from
its home in Siberia and its objective is to escape the harsh winter and it does it every year.
The bird never misses its target and helped in finding directions by the Magnetite in its beak.

Motivating People

People motivation is a must for any organization and there are
many examples found in the Bird world. One such example is
the Bar Headed Geese. These birds cross over the Himalayas
often flying at altitudes equal to what commercial airlines do.
They constantly encourage and motivate weaker birds in the
group and cross the Himalayas in a single day and they hardly
lose a team member.

Teamwork, Planning, Thinking,
Implementation

The African Wild Dog is an example where you see Teamwork, Planning,
Thinking and Implementation of plans in every hunt they undertake. The success
rate of these predators who work as a team is highest amongst all carnivorous.

Design

The Peregrine Falcon is the fastest living thing on earth.
On a dive it sometimes attains speeds of over 300 kmph on
its hunting dives. It is designed for speed and its eyesight is
amongst the sharpest.

Long term

Any relationship has to be built with a future in mind and hence has to
be long-term. There are many examples of long-term relationships in the
Bird world but the most fascinating ones are the Sarus Cranes. These
cranes are the tallest flying birds and they pair for life.

Probably the Racket Tailed Drango is amongst the most skilled forest bird. This bird
has the capability to imitate a large number of birds to get food and also for getting safety.
This bird is a continuous learner and keeps improving its imitation skills. For food it
imitates the call of a female deer and lures the male to coming running which disturbs
the insects in the grass to fly out and then it makes a meal of them.
