Continuous Improvement has to be ingrained into the DNA of the organisation. 50 to 60% of the organisational time has to be devoted to Improvement for it to become a culture. Every initiative taken by the organisation has to have improvement embedded into that. Be it Regular work, 5S journey, SoP, Monthly review has to have the aspect of improvement. Faculty: M Hariharan is a pioneer in the field of Strategic Cost Management. He has developed and implemented frameworks integrating Design, Operations Management and Financial Impact across industries. For almost three decades, he has been advising companies across industries, like Steel, Cement, Power, Bank, Insurance, Automobile, FMCG, eCommerce, Projects, etc. Hariharan is a Chartered Accountant, Management Accountant by qualification and Certified in Design thinking from MIT, Sloan. He is the co founder of Savoir Faire Management services.
